  • Bilingual English and Chinese proficiency
  • Vendor coordination for repairs
  • MAC main POC for client sites
  • Weekend or after-hours availability

  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office operations

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Building Services, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
