Salary
Base: $110,250 - $161,700; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, and 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years technical management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices implementation
Strategic leadership of engineering supervisors and engineers
Quality Management System (QMS) compliance expertise
Nice-to-have
Green Belt certification or equivalent problem-solving skills
Project Management certification preferred
Emotional Intelligence and people development focus
Financial acumen with P&L statement navigation
Willingness to consider relocation opportunities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or technical discipline
10+ years of accumulated technical learnings and experiences
First-hand experience implementing Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices
Demonstrated financial acumen with P&L capability
Mastery of problem-solving and critical thinking skills
