Job Summary

  • The TPM Global Process & Product Manager is responsible for shaping and advancing Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise Third‑Party Management (TPM) operating model, leading the design and continuous improvement of global TPM processes while owning the TPM product roadmap and delivery of key enhancements.
  • Partnering across Procurement, Risk, Legal, Technology, and ERM, this role will drive standardization, strengthen compliance, enhance user experience, and enable automation and data‑driven insights across the third‑party lifecycle.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and operationalizing enterprise-wide TPM processes, defining and prioritizing the TPM enhancements roadmap, and establishing and tracking KPIs and benefit metrics.

Key Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in Procurement, TPM, Risk, Finance, Product Management
  • Proven product/backlog ownership experience
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of procurement processes and systems
  • Experience working with risk domains
  • Demonstrated experience with process mapping, process optimization
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement
