Job Summary
Act as the responsible person of the central agency disciplinary hub, maintaining and implementing an effective resolution of all agency-related disciplinary matters.
Supervise and oversee complaint and investigation cases, including preparing compliance reports and statistics, and providing advice to teammates.
Uplift agency's compliance awareness by providing appropriate and updated training and communicating key regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
