• Join Takeda as Program Manager, BioLife Analytics at the Senior Manager level where you will shape the data architecture and reporting foundation that powers BioLife talent acquisition operations.
• You will design, build, and maintain the foundational data architecture and data pipelines that support reporting and analytics for BioLife talent acquisition and collaborate across teams to align metrics and support recruiting strategies.
