Job Summary

  • As the Assistant Director, Third Party Relationship Management, you will play a key role in our sales team, using your proven expertise to improve operations and build positive relationships with important partners.
  • Lead strategic oversight of TPAs, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with our evolving business needs, and develop and implement SLAs, important metrics, and governance frameworks.
  • Represent Operations in central initiatives, providing thought leadership on future-state capabilities, automation, and control frameworks.
