Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET accredited program
  • Minimum one year leadership or management experience
  • Experience with Maximo or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Proven ability to oversee budgets and financial data
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically

Nice-to-have

  • 10+ years of Facilities Engineering experience
  • 3+ years leading projects and teams
  • Strategic long-range business planning skills
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Change management administration experience

Key Requirements

  • ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • One year minimum leadership experience or internal course completion
