Job Summary
Lead the SIL ART responsible for delivering virtual test environments, co-simulation assets, and supporting services used to develop, verify, and validate embedded controllers and calibrations.
Act as a servant leader and coach for the ART, ensuring flow of value, strong cross-team coordination, and disciplined execution of SAFe/Agile practices.
Own SILART Jira hygiene standards and practices, including consistent use of Features, Needs, and Defects, and establish/monitor dashboards and metrics.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
5+ years in software or systems development
3+ years as an RTE/ART Lead, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar agile leadership role
Strong practical experience with Agile and/or SAFe frameworks
Hands-on experience with Jira for features/epics, stories, and defect management
Familiarity with virtualization, simulation, or embedded systems development
