  • This position reports to the VP, Industrial Channel and is responsible for managing the VFD business through Standard Tier Channel Partners in alignment with the MODP Industrial Strategy.
  • The role requires a player-coach approach, involving technical understanding of the product portfolio to support account development activities with the channel and establishing value through daily support of channel transactional and project activity.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Sales/business development with variable speed drives, motors and automation solutions
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
  • 25-50% domestic travel
  • Valid US Driver’s License
