Job Summary

  • The Inside Sales Rep engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.
  • As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about their services, identify their specific needs, and provide information on subscription services that offer the most value to them, while also upselling subscription services as they apply to customer needs and meeting sales targets.
