The Staff Embedded Systems Engineer will lead root cause analysis for design and manufacturing issues and collaborate on product design, development, testing, and transfer to manufacturing.
This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and involves travel to US or other Insulet locations several times a year.

Must-have
Embedded systems programming in C/C++
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Hands-on lab measurements and debugging
Design change process ownership
Experience with wireless communication protocols
Support product manufacturing line
Data analytics skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with Python programming
Strong verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with MATLAB, MathCAD, Minitab
Detail-oriented and self-directed
Ethical and data-driven decision-making
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, CE or related field
7+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 5+ years
Experience in medical device industry preferred
Travel to US or other locations several times a year
