Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic enterprise initiatives on behalf of the HFE FCE Office, while partnering with the FCE and Senior Technical Fellows (STFs) to monitor emerging technical issues across the company and identify those requiring HFE action.
Manage relationships with HFE teams embedded in business units and foster relationships with business unit leaders to help build a stronger HFE capability across the Boeing Company.
Provide expert technical guidance on high profile in-work projects that have human factors relevance and enterprise impact.
