The position requires assisting with Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), managing pediatric outpatient scheduling, and ensuring high-level disinfection of medical equipment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
Less than one year healthcare experience
Patient-facing clinical environment skills
Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
Infection control and scope processing knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience as Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician
Prior speech pathology or rehabilitation background
Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast pace
Familiarity with acute care adult patient settings
