Key Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • 5+ years of team management/supervisory experience
  • Technical or scientific background
  • Significant experience in similar environment at a management level
  • Sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice, Safety, Health and Environment and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Project management, change management and people management skills
  • Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Technical expertise in at least one Manufacturing area
  • Communication skills and ability to influence others
