This position is responsible for preparing well-balanced and nutritious meals including morning snacks, lunch, and afternoon snacks for preschool students.
The Chef De Partie must maintain strict food safety standards, ensure proper stock rotation, and adhere to Health Promotion Board guidelines.
Candidates are expected to manage kitchen inventory, supervise cooks, and ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
