The Reznikov Laboratory is seeking a short-term, full-time Research Assistant 2 to prepare cadaveric phantoms for microcomputed tomography imaging, perform 3D image registration and segmentation, and design/train generative adversarial neural networks.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting research data, disseminating results, and preparing research reports and manuscripts.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, hands-on experience in human gross anatomy, experience with 3D microcomputed tomography imaging, strong object-oriented programming skills, and experience in deep neural network design and training.
