Job Summary
Every day, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents regain strength, restore independence, and live with dignity.
As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders, administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, and monitor residents’ conditions.
