The successful candidate will own solution design, model building, and validation while driving customer alignment from engineering teams to leadership.
Candidates must possess strong modeling fundamentals and the ability to convert ambiguous business needs into executable model logic.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-15 years refinery project exposure
5+ years LP model building experience
3+ years process optimization support
AspenTech PIMS or equivalent tools
Bachelor's in chemical or industrial engineering
Nice-to-have
Prior AVEVA USC software experience
Fluency in Chinese spoken language
Understanding of refining economics
Experience with plant data systems like OSI PI
Strong commercial awareness and presentation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in chemical/industrial engineering
10 to 15+ years in refinery/petrochemical projects
