The Social Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients while supporting the oversight and quality assurance of assigned Case Managers.
Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, coordinating services, conducting in-home visits, and assisting with money management and public benefits applications.
Full-time employees are eligible for 24 Vacation Days, 1 Floating Holiday, 12 Sick Days, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, and a 403b Plan.
