Job Summary
By joining our team of military trained instructor pilots, you will be helping to create a dynamic and exciting environment for students learning to fly and operate the PC-21 trainer.
Once steady state training has commenced, the AFT-FW Instructor Pilot will be responsible to maintain an instructional category as a CQFI, including delivering training in the classroom, on synthetic training devices, and in our PC-21 aircraft.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PC-21 aircraft instruction
Deliver training in classroom and synthetic devices
Maintain flying proficiency and currency
Execute instructional sorties per RCAF doctrine
Support courseware development and testing
Follow Flight Safety program and protocols
Nice-to-have
Previous NFTC or PC-21 QFI experience
Military flight leadership experience
Verbal French skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 500 hours flying time in single pilot, high performance aeroplane (for no prior military experience)
Hold a Transport Canada (TC) commercial pilot’s licence
Hold, or have held, a TC instructor rating
Demonstrate military experience with acceptable Prior Learning Assessment (for prior military experience)
Fluent in English (reading, writing, oral)
Military or professional flying experience within last 10 years
Maintain unrestricted TC category 1 medical
Body weight and anthropometric measurements within aircraft limits
