Base: $129,000 - $209,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for company bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401(k), pension, medical, dental, vision, and wellness perks

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical field
Minimum 10 years experience in capital project delivery
Experience managing greenfield projects over $100MM
Willingness to relocate to Huntsville, AL
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
