• Ability to read detailed instruction
• Ability to recognize obvious defects
• Ability to read blueprints preferred
• Familiarity with microscopes preferred
• Familiarity with measuring devices preferred
• Previous light assembly experience preferred
• Experience in regulated industry preferred
• Experience with Medical devices preferred
