As a New Accounts Call Service Associate you will provide dedicated support to Financial Advisors by handling inbound inquiries resolving account-related issues and delivering timely accurate information.
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule with 3 in-office days per week in our Memphis TN Corporate Office.
The role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced financial services environment.
