  • This role acts as the subject matter expert for global deal governance, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Company Secretariat, Finance, and senior stakeholders to maintain policy integrity and manage governance forums.
  • The position involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing governance committees, and leading change management efforts related to governance tools, policies, and processes.
