Job Summary

  • As Vice President, Programme Manager for the Consistently Excellent Programme, you will lead the delivery of an enterprise-wide initiative focused on embedding Risk and Control capability and mindset through structured learning and attainment of a digital credential.
  • You will manage programme plans, MI reporting, and governance forums, while maintaining rigorous control, compliance, and regulatory alignment across all deliverables.
  • You will support and influence HR teams, Agile delivery squads, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to deliver structured change at pace, define and embed effective ways of working, and navigate both programme and BAU change.
