  • Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations for advanced wireless solutions to system integrators and utility customers.
  • Support integration and launch of new products at customer sites, performing remote and onsite service work including equipment assessment and field upgrades.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product management to improve solutions and ensure compliance with regulations, while living Hitachi Energy's core values.
