Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in construction and/or design-build
  • 7+ years in senior construction leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success implementing construction standards, safety programs, and D-B best practices
  • Experience working with multiple markets and in a matrix environment
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk, and subcontractor management
