This role owns construction means and methods, safety culture, field resource deployment, and D-B delivery models, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with ES-wide standards and market strategies.

Base: $200,600.00 - $383,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, ESOP, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, holidays

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of experience in construction and/or design-build
7+ years in senior construction leadership roles
Demonstrated success implementing construction standards, safety programs, and D-B best practices
Experience working with multiple markets and in a matrix environment
Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk, and subcontractor management
