You will act as the central liaison to translate complex legislative obligations into clear system controls and operational guidelines for Product and Operations teams.
This position offers the opportunity to shape mature T&A compliance governance frameworks while working asynchronously with a global team across six continents.

Must-have
Global Time & Attendance system experience
Labor law and working time regulations knowledge
Collective bargaining agreement interpretation
Audit response coordination and documentation
Cross-functional stakeholder management

Strong automation and AI capabilities fluency
Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, or Ceridian
Agile project management in global environments
Ability to translate legal language to technical specs
Key Requirements
Hands-on experience with global payroll T&A systems
Proven track record in multi-country compliance risk mitigation
