  • Under moderate supervision, collects and documents accounts involved in total or repairable loss claims involving a primary insurance carrier and/or GAP company in accordance with departmental, investor, and legal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist in the handling of total loss and/or repair claims.
