This role manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
The position is eligible for a 20% housing discount and a quarterly bonus of up to 20% under the Greystar incentive structure.

Base: $70,000 - $100,000; Bonus/Equity: Quarterly bonus up to 20%; Benefits: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match, Sabbatical
