Job Summary
The Process Architect Consultant is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving MediCard's enterprise-wide process architecture, standards, and redesign discipline.
This role establishes the enterprise process framework, taxonomy, and modeling standards that guide all process redesign initiatives across business units.
The position serves as a critical upstream capability to the Automation & AI Enablement COE and the 2026–2028 Transformation roadmap.
