Job Summary
The Workforce Planning Manager will provide analytical workforce insights and execute schedule reconciliation controls in line with COO governance standards.
This role involves designing, maintaining, and improving workforce models while ensuring data accuracy and auditability across planning and HR systems.
The manager will partner with Operations leaders, Finance, and Risk to manage remediation, escalate risks, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements and audit readiness.
