Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-8 years PMO or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or IT
Experience supporting technology delivery or transformation
Strong understanding of project governance frameworks
Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
Nice-to-have
Experience with Financial Services or Banking projects
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools like Copilot
Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
Experience working across regional or global environments
