This position is responsible for deep cleaning of the service bar areas, including drains and walls in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
The incumbent must maintain cleanliness of outlet rooms, collect and redistribute glassware, and keep bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer, and glassware.
