Job Summary
This position will be a member of the team responsible for leading the maintenance and enhancements of 3M’s Treasury Management System (TMS) - Kyriba’s Enterprise solution.
In this role, you will partner across business and IT resources to lead the design and configuration decisions for all Treasury related processes.
Another important component of this role will include leading the associated organizational change efforts and ensuring appropriate controls are in place for newly implemented processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Five (5) years of experience working within Treasury organizations
Five (5) years of experience working with Kyriba TMS
Experience with the design and implementation of TMS deployments
Experience with integration with SAP ERP
Experience managing and working with third party consultants
Experience implementing new FX hedging, Cash Management, and other treasury capabilities
