This position involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, equipment management, care planning, and budget functions to support the nursing service department.
The role requires collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments, as well as participation in continuing education and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
