Job Summary

• The IT FP&A Manager is responsible for the financial management for the IT function, ensuring rigorous budgeting discipline, accurate forecasting, transparent cost allocation, and value optimisation across all IT investments and operations.
• This role acts as the primary finance business partner to IT leadership, translating technical strategies into financial plans whilst maintaining alignment with corporate FP&A standards and processes.
• The IT FP&A Manager will own the end-to-end IT budgeting and forecasting calendar, establishing and enforcing budget submission templates, approval workflows, and data quality standards for IT budget holders.

Key Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or working towards
• 5-7 years' experience in IT finance, FP&A, or financial controlling
• Demonstrated experience establishing or improving IT budgeting processes
• Proven experience managing IT budgets of significant scale
• Strong understanding of IT cost structures
• Experience with overhead allocation methodologies
• Experience working in a matrix organisation
