Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4-5 years Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience
  • 1 year of Sales training experience
  • 2 years Sales Training in Neuroscience areas preferred
  • Demonstrated curriculum design experience
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proven performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Strong business analytics skills
  • Experience operating within a highly complex cross-matrix environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements
