Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 4-5 years Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience
1 year of Sales training experience
2 years Sales Training in Neuroscience areas preferred
Demonstrated curriculum design experience
Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Proven performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Strong business analytics skills
Experience operating within a highly complex cross-matrix environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Word
Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements
