Job Summary

• The Production Lead will help the Production Supervisor by providing direction and support to employees in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and/or Reheat Stretch team while driving compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, such as Safety, Quality and GMP.
• Lead improvement initiatives to increase through-put, reduce downtime, and reduce waste, and drive value creation by improving current systems and procedures and lead continuous improvement activities.
