Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or related disciplines
  • Registration or membership with AHPRA, AASW or PACFA
  • Experience delivering therapeutic counselling in a social services environment
  • Understanding of gambling related harms, intervention models, service sectors and relevant legislation
  • Ability to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records and engage effectively with clients with complex needs
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary services
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to travel within the GHCIN catchment if required
