Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role within global pharma/biotech/life sciences
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance regulatory frameworks
  • Expertise in designing and leading compliance monitoring and testing programs
  • Experience governing end-to-end remediation processes
