Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field of study
• 13+ years of experience in technology management or a related field
• 17 years of related experience (in absence of degree)
• Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, business development, capture management, science and engineering programs, acquisition processes, technical roadmaps, exportable technologies
• Working knowledge of technical matters for exportability, technical determination and release of products and services
• Proficiency in big data, ISR, IoT, AI/ML
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government leaders
• Extensive experience developing technology and IRaD roadmaps
• Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance
