  • Lead end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, including complex variable compensation structures.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions and through external providers.
  • Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, HR Benefits, and HRIS while supporting month-end close and maintaining strong internal controls.
