Caliber Public Safety is seeking a Field Technology Engineer II to oversee the deployment and optimization of technology across its numerous service centers. The ideal candidate will have strong IT operations experience, particularly with Windows environments, and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of various technology platforms

Job Summary

  • The Field Technology Engineer II is responsible for owning the deployment, optimization, and reliability of technology across Caliber Collision’s 1,800+ center locations.
  • This role goes beyond execution to include end-to-end ownership of key technology domains—driving design input, standardization, and continuous improvement across endpoint platforms, unified communications, digital signage, and enterprise integrations.
  • The Engineer II partners closely with senior engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions that directly impact center performance and uptime.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Excel and/or data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive outcomes independently
