Job Summary
Night Replenishment Managers are members of the store leadership team and oversee freight handling activities, supervising the freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes.
NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store, while also teaching, coaching, and training associates on policies and procedures.
Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions.
