Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of automotive technical knowledge
  • Manufacturer certified in Lube, Engine, Suspension/Steering, Brake, Electrical, and HVAC repair
  • Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician preferred)
  • Greater than 105% Customer Pay Proficiency Level
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
