You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide exceptional service to plan sponsors.
Ensure collaboration with all internal teams to meet expected timelines and support the creation and maintenance of written operating procedures.

Review and record asset transfers
Settle mutual fund trades
Perform asset reconciliations
Coordinate plan transitions
Maintain client data in CRM
