Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a SNO Business Partner for its China Production facility, focusing on supply chain, demand planning, and market partnerships to enhance product availability. Job Summary

  • Lead and review monthly forecast cycle execution and deliverables, owning Forecast Accuracy and BIAS for the area and driving Continuous Performance Improvement.
  • Optimize product availability across the area, overseeing supply management for markets and driving resolution for Out-of-Stock, Very Low Cover, and Low Cover situations.
  • Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with markets, connecting markets with appropriate stakeholders and identifying process improvements to reduce complexity and enhance collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
