Job Summary

  • The RPF Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of their respective area of the warehouse and the direction of the hourly workforce to achieve and exceed distribution center performance goals of production, employee relations, safety, service quality and cost.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations.
