Job Summary
Execute full-cycle candidate selection for client requisitions, including requisition intake, position description review, candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and facilitating offer acceptance.
Develop and execute targeted recruitment and sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for active client roles.
Provide detailed pipeline reports to the internal team regarding the status of open positions, including outreach efforts, candidate responses, and screening progress.
